The general terms and conditions apply to the reservation and rental of rooms and the associated services.

I contract
By confirming the reservation in writing, the contract becomes binding for both the hotel and the booking guest.

Both contracting parties are obliged to fully fulfill the contents of the contract.

 

II Cancellation, modification

Cancellations and changes can be made by telephone, verbally or in writing.

 

III Prizes

Unless otherwise agreed, the prices include the applicable VAT.
Any increase in VAT after conclusion of the contract will be borne by the client.


IV Payment
Invoices are payable without deductions within 10 days of the invoice date.


V Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is the hotel's headquarters.


VI Ineffectiveness
The ineffectiveness of individual provisions does not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire general terms and conditions.
Deviating agreements or additional agreements must be recorded in writing.


VII video surveillance
The Pension Hamburg is under video surveillance. Video surveillance takes place at the following locations: Camera 1: [Entrance area]; Camera 2: [Parking Lot]; Camera 3: [Parking Lot]; Camera 4: [Corridor ground floor]; Camera 5: [Reception]; Camera 6: [Staircase 1st floor]; Camera 7: [Hallway 1st floor]

According to Article 13 Paragraph 1 Letter a of the GDPR, video surveillance and the identity of the person responsible for the video surveillance are indicated by a sign posted in the entrance area. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest for the purpose of protecting the guesthouse's employees and its guests as well as the company itself. The surveillance cameras are intended to avert dangers to the company and its employees, including theft, burglary, vandalism, bodily harm and damage to property . The data will not be passed on or used in any other way.
Duration of storage (Art. 13 Para. 2 lit. a GDPR): Your data will be deleted after 10 days. This is the case if it can be seen from the circumstances that the purpose of the video surveillance has been fulfilled, that no danger has posed to employees or the company and that there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary.
