Your room will be available to you from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
You are welcome to leave your luggage with us for safekeeping until the evening of the day of departure.
Your arrival with the Federal Railway
Guests from Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg can use the cheap connections to Bad Grund via Hanover to Kreiensen, Seesen or Goslar. We recommend that guests from Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt travel via Wernigerode to Goslar train station or via Halle/Saale to Herzberg/Harz train station. By arrangement we will pick you up at the “Gittelde / Bad Grund” train station. We charge a one-off fee of €7.00 for this service.
Your arrival with the bus lines
Between Berlin and Seesen as well as Berlin and Clausthal-Zellerfeld there is a regular service operated by Bayernexpress and F. Kühn Berlin GmbH. Guests from the Wilhelmshaven, Oldenburg, Delmenhorst and Bremen region have the opportunity to reach Bad Grund directly with the Fass-Reisen regular service.
Your arrival by car
Coming from the north and south, take the Autobahn 7 Hannover-Kassel to the Seesen exit, then continue on the federal highway 243 (expressway towards Osterode) to the Clausthal-Zellerfeld/Bad Grund exit.
If you are coming from the south, it is best to travel to Seesen via Kassel and Göttingen. There are also good connections from the Rhineland/Ruhr area and Westphalia.
Coming from the east, via Hasselfelde, Braunlage, Clausthal-Zellerfeld, on federal highway 242 (Harz Hochstraße to the Bad Grund exit).
Coming from the west, Autobahn 7 Dortmund - Kassel Hannover to the Seesen exit, continue on federal highway 243 (expressway towards Osterode) to the Clausthal-Zellerfeld Bad Grund exit.
